4. Return process:

b. We will review your return application
c. After approval, we will send the return address and return number
d. Please indicate the return number on the package or in the accompanying documentation when you return the product
e. After receiving the goods and confirming that they meet the conditions for return, we will issue a refund

5. Refund method:
Refunds will be refunded through your original payment method, usually within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will be refunded according to the actual condition of the product after deducting the relevant fees.

6. Freight borne:
a. If the goods are returned due to our reasons (such as wrong delivery or quality problem), we will bear the return freight.
b. If the return is caused by the customer, the customer shall bear the return freight.

7. Replacement Policy:
